Join Kinetics for the Kostumed party of the year! Our band this year is Marmalade, from Fremont, WA., a 13 piece funk band that will make your want to shake it! The Rosehips Koronation Kween Kontest starts around 9:30 pm with a hilarious and racy run for kweendom. After deliberation, the judges will announce their top three kandidates to be voted on by applause from the Krowd. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door for $15 a person. Please no cameras or videos in the ball. What happens at the ball.... stays at the ball!
Come join Kinetics at the Keg and I (1291 Chimacum Road) for the 2nd Annual Kinetic Kween Revival, September 27, 2019 from 7 to 10 pm. Watch and cheer on your favorite kween from past years as they vie for a special prize and tons of glory! Dress kinetically!
Join us at the costume event of the year! Dress kinetically or as your favorite kharacter from Monty Python's "In Search of the Holy Grail" and dance to the funkilicious tunes of Tubaluba from 8 pm to 12 am, Saturday night, October 1st. Tickets are only sold at the door and are $15 a person. The Rosehips Koronation begins at 9:30 pm and we Krown the Kween at 10 pm. Ticket sales and beer sales support kinetics and allows us to put on this event each year. So be sure to come, drink BEER and safely get home via PT E-rider or taxi. Neet! Neet!
Racer's Meet and Greet - Dress up in your kostumes, come in from the road and meet the racers at the Old Whiskey Mill, 1038 Water Street. The Old Whiskey Mill is graciously hosting Kinetics that night and will provide some appetizers. However, they will also be open to sell and serve meals to racers. Many racers will display their sculptures outside the restaurant on the street. 6 - 9 pm, kids welcome.
Racers and organizers of the GREAT Port Townsend Bay Kinetic Sculpture Race bring out their sculptures to display at the entrance of the boat festival and to promote kinetics at this huge festival.
For volunteers or racers, dress kinetically and lend a hand by spending time handing out brochures and talking about our race!
For spectators come down and see our machines, talk to our racers and enjoy the show.

The Freddy Pink Band will be rocking the house this year for the Rose Hips Kween Koronation Ball. So dress up and kome dance yourself through the night, and help cheer in the new Kinetic Kween!! This is the main fundraiser for The Great Port Townsend Bay Kinetic Sculpture Race, so come on out and show your support and get your groove on.
